STANDARD TERMS
1.We warrant that all processing and finishing shall be done in accordance with customer’s specifications. Where customers specifies methods and procedures to be followed, we warrant that such methods and procedure will be followed, but we do not warrant the result to be achieved by such customer specified methods and procedures. There are no warranties except as set forth above. Our liability for any breach of warranty shall be limited to either reprocessing or refinishing or to the cost of original processing or finishing by us and we shall have no liability for any special or consequential damages, however caused. We do not warrant that material furnished by a customer is suitable or fit for processing or finishing.
All claims must be presented within one week after deliver, accompanied by a return of the claimed defective material.
2. Any stated time of shipment is approximate only.
3. Prices quoted are net of any sales, use excise tax. Any such taxes are for the account of the customer.
4. All shipment are F.O.B. our shipping point unless otherwise specified.
5. Claims for loss or damage in transit must be filed by the customer.
